The Blue Crab Archives is a privately owned, member-supported, non-profit website which was designed and developed by Steven C. Zinski, a blue crab enthusiast and aficionado.

The purpose of the site is to serve as a teaching aid by providing easy to understand information—from both a scientific and lay perspective—about the Atlantic blue crab (Callinectes sapidus.) It is the goal of this website to become one of the the world's largest public archives of blue crab related facts and information allowing anyone to learn about this fascinating and mysterious creature.
