I've been out daily as per usual on the Elk near TP and it is still running pretty strong.  Getting mostly a REALLY mixed bag and the water seems to be cooling everyday.  I had 18 crabs in two pots of which it was a mix of about 4 BIG heavy Jimmys around 8+ inches, about 4 sooks, but they were large and heavy.  2 throwbacks including a small inmature female, and the rest 5.5 - 6.5 jimmys including one or two "mudders" but mostly nice pretty (but heavy) whites.

Hope this helps!

Went out on the elk on Tuesday. Had 29 traps in by 2:00 pm .I was up by the radio towers and that big yellow pole. Started good with 6-8 per run.  had 3/4 bushel. by 5:00.  Ended up with 1 bushel , nice crabs . Some were light but not too bad.  Crabbed in 8 ft  of water. Weather was great. Good Luck  thumbsup
