Caught about a dozen very large blue crabs over the weekend. Put the 3 traps out about noon and saturday and picked them up around noon on Sunday. The water is still cool but the crabs were lively. Looks like the crabbing season is going to be good here on Georgia's beautiful coast. Cool

Yes, we crab all year on Georgia's coast. However I fish more in the winter than I crab. In the winter we  have all of the nearshore reef fishing which I enjoy.  Cool

this is my first time on this sight i will be in Tybee island GA the week of Thanksgiving I want to take my Granddaughters crabbing as my grandfather did when i was young i have the basics down but were is the best place near there and what tide and time is best JIM
