What is legal now in Florida

I have been out of Florida since the late spring of 2006. Since then i spent 5 months each catching rock cabs in Camdon, Maine with a hand line and with hoop net basket traps in Ventura, California area. Can the wife and I legally used our 4 sided 4 door traps? We have 3 with tops and 4 without top before we left the state. Are they still legal to be used? If not then what is legal yo use off docks and piers?

I think you would be better off posting this in the Southeast Crabbing or Gulf Coast Crabbing section of the forum.
