Hi everyone, i just joined this site and I am finding lots of information about blue crab.  I have never crabbed anywhere, but i hear that this is the place to be.  I have clammed lots of times in Cape Cod in the past, but want to try my hand at crabbing.  My girlfriend and I are heading to Seaford DE and Ocean City for the Air Show this coming weekend, but would really like to go crabbing and/or clamming some time during our trip.  I have read the regs about Nonresident licenses and F.I.N numbers, but I am looking for places to crab and clam, and places to buy gear.  What kind of gear do you recommend for beginners?  Nets, rakes, bait, times, location,  etc ?  I don't have a boat, so we will be crabbing from the shore I guess, and would appreciate any info.  Thanks in advance.
