In order to make my pots legal? I'm in Monmouth County NJ.
Thanks for your help.

Also, I've been to several bait/tackle shops in the area (they just tried to sell me new pots that from the looks of them didn't have a biodegradeable panel, and definitely didn't have turtle excluders, plus some of the employees were clueless about the regulations, telling me I don't need a license for anything less than 3 pots) so if anyone can point me in the direction of a shop that knows what's going on I'd appreciate it.  I'm trying to get 2 pots my brother gave me up to regulations, but I'd consider just buying a new legal pot or 2 if its going to be a headache converting theses old ones.

Fisherman's Headquarters in Ship Bottom has them.

I know a baitshop down in Somers Point who has them, but that might be a drive for you...
