I live about 4 1\2 hours from the coast and was wondering how can I get a bushel of live crabs back home without them dying on me in this July heat.

make sure the water can drain out , or they will dround also they need air . crack the lid . youmcan also freeze a couple of 2 leter bottles and put them in the ice chest .
