I will be down the last week in august and need information as to where to go crabbing using hand crab traps from docks bridges etc.?

I have seen notes to try crabbing in Kitty Hawk Bay area.
There is a boat launching ramp off Bob Perry Rd. with lots of docks, but is this Fresh or Salt water and do we need a license.

Thank You
Jim

You need to send a bmail or email to <genecrabman> look his name up from members list......as he can better direct you since he crabs/lives that area. BUT To answer the other questions: Yes it is salt water..... and Yes you WILL require a license. >>>http://www.ncwildlife.org/
