Hi all,

Going to head to Dividing Creek or Beaver Dam tmmorrow.  I have a quick question.  Am I allowed to use commercial pots on these waters.  I am hearing somethings that I may not be allowed.  I though I remember hearing you can use them if they are within you sight.  If someone could clarify this for me before tomorrow I would appreciate it.  Also I hear that you can't leave your box traps unattended but if they are in your sights you can work them?  Thanks for all your help.

You are correct.....you are not allowed to use chesapeake style commercial pots in either of these area's. 


You can use box traps as long as you don't leave them unatteneded.
