I am new at this so please don't blast me to bad. I keep reading every where that chicken necks is the best bait to use, but not sure where in Chesapeake to buy them. The past 2 times that I have been I have used chicken legs. Does anyone know where in Chesapeake to buy chicken necks? Or is there something better to use?

Haven't found anywhere either. I hit up food lion, farm fresh, Wal-mart (they didn't even have a butcher) and more.   You can get chicken necks at bait shops, but they charge more for them than legs - so what's the point really.   I recently just got a 10 lb bag of chicken legs for 50 cents a pound. Tired of looking, really. But was only like $5, would prefer cheaper but - hey.  Turkey necks were available - packaged and placed for retail sale, and were more expensive than chicken anything.
