Can someone give me the scoop on crabbing in Captree State Park?  Where exactly are the peers we can drop at?  How deep is the bay there?  Is it possible to use drop lines and nets or does everyone use traps?

the big peir is east of the fishing boats the smaller pier west of the boats.....drop lines are fine......it's about 12 ft deep maybe 20 at high tide.........unless you go to the way east end of the big pier then it gets pretty deep

it's only a few feet pier down to water
