Where is the Bellmore Town Dock

I read recently that the crabbing is good at the Bellmore Town Dock.  Can someone tell me where that is?

Beats me. I typed Bellmore NY into Google, and alternated between Google's map & satellite options while scanning the shoreline for anything south of what the map declared was Bellmore. Folks scouting for likely crabbing spots should do the same.

Maybe the writer was referring to Wantagh Park? The fishing bulkhead was under renovation this past spring. I think one writer said that it was changed, that chainlink fence was put up along the fishing zone. Does anyone have any news of this? When I was there, just out for a drive in the early spring, the area was closed off at the parking lot with chain link fence because the bulkhead was being removed and replaced.
