Help with crab Identification

Sorry I don't have any pics, I almost had one, but didn't get it in time. I will do my best to describe this one and you all see if you can ID it for me:
I caught this crab walking along the sandy ocean floor in Cape Cod this past weekend, in about 4-5 feet of water. I think it was the one that pinched me on the foot. Had pretty big claws and it's shell was about half the size of my palm. It LOOKED like a maine rock crab, or dungeoness crab, except for the fact that unlike dungeoness crabs, who have 8 POINTY legs, this crab had two swimmer type legs on the back two, much like a blue crab. It was almost like a blue crab and rock crab had a baby and that's what it was. Anyone know what this crab is?

Jonah wouldn't be that shallow.......its not a warm water crab and has no swimmers........my guess........lady crab, has swimmers and likes shallow, sandy hard bottom and is VERY aggressive when bothered

WOO HOOO! that's it man! thanks for the investigation! here she is! she was mad when i stepped on her for sure, and when i put her on the sandy shoreline to go back into the ocean, she burrowed into the sand in about 2 seconds, crazy fast!
