Hey guys I haven't gone crabbing in years and I'm going to go out this week to relive my childhood days!

My question is do I need a permit from either (4AM - 7AM) or (4PM - 8PM).  Also which do you think is better, or are those bad times to go.  I looked at the high tide times and it seems like the high tides are at 6:15AM and 6:30PM.  Hope to see some of you there!!!

Welcome aboard.
You definately don't need a permit for 4-8pm but will need to pay the entrance fee. Not sure about 4-7am, but I did go for the 1st time this past weekend starting  ~5am and didn't have any problems (except for the d*mn mosquitos). I could have been lucky though.
