pics are of a brand new 20 Qt SS pot I bought at the flea market for $5
the rack was a wire cutlery holder for knives, spoons etc that I bought there for 25 cents
the bottom riser is the dividers beween the spoons/fork/knives
the wire rack is the bottom of the holder
It's not stainless but chrome plated and if it rusts bad ---- I'll throw it away
feel free to copy
to wash it - just throw it in the dish washer
Hey John- here is an idea for your next grill.

Hey John- here is an idea for your next grill.
ya know - if ya build a big enough steamer pot
ya could fill that shopping cart with crabs and drive it in and out out of the steamer.

Don't laugh. You're on your way to the commercial thinking. In the professional kitchen we have racks that roll right into the oven. Similar ideas.

like the baking ovens in supermarkets that you wheel the bread in and out of
years ago - people ate crabs every weekend and I remember crabs stores like Gordons that had tilted bins of crabs side by side according to size.
they filled the slots from the back and the crabs slide down to the front just like hamburgers at macdonald.
you walked in, saw what you wanted and they filled your bag from various slots.
that was fast food back then

Hey Dave,
Is Dollar General aware of the cart you stole for your cookout?

OK - I gotta stop this, this is my last one, maybe
but I bought a Stainless Steel non magnetic strainer for a dollar at the flea market, popped off the handles, cut off the bottom, flipped it over and ended up with a new SS bottom rack, which can go right into the dishwasher and no crevices to hold bacteria
PS - I don't like using bolts and nuts for legs because the threads are great for growing bacteria IMHO
just passing on an idea
