Very interesting. After looking through everything, I see that they are about 1lb but did not see how big (inches) they get.

Guess it really don't make much difference because I don't think anyone here is going to be interwested in running a line or dropping traps in 2000' to 2500' depths.   Shocked Shocked Grin Grin

I have a friend who commercially crabs for Jonah Crab and he always complains of the 300' he has to haul his pots from.  I will try to get over to New Bedford to check out the boats sometime.
