Using a family member's LCC?

If I have pots out under my LCC, is it okay to have my son or wife empty & bait them if I am somehow unable to do so (sick, out of town, etc.)?

If they have your license and are on your boat, yes they can.

Mr. Ray is correct, per Ms. Samuels. Here's her reply to my email:

In order for you to commercially crab with someone else’s license without doing a 30 – 90 day temporary transfer, the licensed individual must have his vessel number on the license and you must take out his boat and have his license in your possession.

But, remember that the license holder is still responsible for any violations that might occur (undersize crabs, over limit female possession etc).
