 went to the wye for the first time this year for a change. advise i asked for helped, thanks to all who ansewed. started runnin line at 7:05 about 5 min early of legal. every one in site was already crabbing. crabbed 7 to 14 ft with 2400 ft with chx. pretty slow day ended with 1 1/2 bu good males and 1/2 bu. good sooks. best depth was 9 to 10 feet. crabbed just past the bridge both sides channel.  threw back 2 dozen lights only 1 undersize. put the line in the puller at 12:15. steamed both bu. on sun ,had some friends over to watch the game, maybe last trip of the year. good luck to all.

hey redbeard. I was crabbing right next to ya to the right of your lines.I was in the center console running the traps and trot-line.We didnt do that bad either.Bushel and 1 half in about 4 hours time.The day sure did start out nice until the wind turned the Wye into the grand banks. I usually see you crabbing on this side of the bridge.You usually put in were I live over in Riviera Beach. I've chatted with you before on the water about getting my LCC.You were very helpful. Much thanks to you and to all on the forum.I Dont think I would of had the year I did without all the reports.Cant wait till next April!!!

 fenway glad to hear you did ok, looked like the kids were having a good time. thwe wind was a real problem when it came up, thats when i moved 1 line to get withn the wind alittle better. i generally crab up stoney creek way but wanted a change of senery.i hear the magothy doing pretty good if i get out again i think i'll head down towards bodkin to try and catch them heading out. good luck.
