I've read where you guys/gals add vinegar to the water when you steam your crabs. Is it also a good idea to do for steam/reheat snow crab thats already been cooked?
We got some snow crab for $5/# out here in BFE and I told the wife to get plenty...she only got about 8#'s. She just doesn't understand my need for my crab fix.

She made some the other night and they were good, but the meat seamed to "stick" in the shell. Could be just the crab too. They were nice size and full, for us anyway.
I'm gonna try to post something cause you all have great posts and I've learned alot. Won't be about blue crab, but maybe interesting for some of you.
