I believe someone else posted this question a while ago.
Do a quick search here.
I am a bit south of Palm Coast and have no knowledge of your area.
Stop at a bait and tackle store and ask them where to try.

I have a few friends commercially crabbing from the High bridge North to Matanzas.  They are doing OK nothing great.  Males on the hill females on the drop.  There is a few stone crabs around summerhaven, season opened on the 15th.
