Any Thompsons Creek reports?

Anybody been to Thompsons Creek recently? Just wondering if the crabs are running there yet?

I was out in Thompsons 7/22 early and went out in the afternoon on 7/25. I got about a half a bushel on the 22nd....everyone else did about the same. On friday afternoon I manage to catch 8 crabs in about 4 hours.....it sucked. Anyway the tided was wacked, I've never seen it so low. It was a 1-2 feet below normal low tide. I kept hitting bottom in places where I've always went with no regard. Anyway from what I can tell its hit and miss depending where you go. Also everyone I talk to tells me something different....Let me know if it gets better

Thanks for the info. I think I'm gonna stick with Crab Alley for the next trip or two. And then I'll probably give Thompsons Creek a shot. I'll post my results when I give it a try. Happy Crabbing!
