without a license it says 10 or less traps and rings and then another bullet says handlines.  Does that mean i can use as many as i want??? ???and in as many as i want i mean handlines

if my dad and i were crabbin and i was usin 10 traps, and he was using 10 traps, and he caught his 2 dozen and i caught my 2 dozen would that be alright. Huh

That is right. Since it would be you and your father you could use 20 traps. 10 for you and 10 for your father. Now with the hand lines you can have a thousand if you would like but without a crabbing license you can only keep 2 dozen per person. So you are right on the money.

Now I have a question of my own. Now that I will be crabbing and fishing off my boat do I have to buy a Recreational crab boat licence for $15 and a Pleasure Boat License for fishing for $40.  Huh Huh Huh I allready purchased my fishing license for tidal and non-tidal waters. Would I still need to get another license.

Indoe

Do not believe you need both, see bullet on CBSPBL

- CRABBING FROM A BOAT

- A recreational crabbing boat may be licensed
The fee for a Recreational Crabbing Boat License is $15

- The owner of the licensed recreational crabbing boat is also issued a complementary statewide Individual Recreational Crabbing License

- The Chesapeake Bay Special Pleasure Boat Sport Fishing License (fee of $40) is valid as a Recreational Crabbing Boat License.
