Maybe some of you can help me with this. I am going crabbing Friday and want to eat the crabs on Saturday at a BBQ. My question is if I clean the crabs Friday after I get off the boat, and put them cleaned and raw in the refrigerator, will they last till the next morning? Also, assuming that they will last one day,  how many days could you keep them in the fridge, raw and cleaned, before they start to go bad? Any info you guys have will be appreciated. Thanks.

they will be fine for the next day,any longer and i stick them in the freezer,

Thanks RD. Anything Special you recomend I do before freezing, or just put them in ziplocks and toss in the freezer?

No that will work fine, crabs are like anything else in the freezer though the sooner you eat them the better

get as much air out of the bag as you can, seems to work better.
