Since the topic of steaming was put out there, how about seasoning. Does anyone mix there own???.....Straight old bay? 50/50 with salt?? rock salt?

I like to use the following mixture on my crabs:

1 part J.O. #1
1 part Old Bay
2 parts coarse Kosher salt

  For me, it's all about how the mix looks, but in general I use equal parts of J.O. or Old Bay to coarse kosher salt.  It's all good when ya got crabs to put it on!!  Grin Grin Cool

a little sea salt is good added with Old Bay
