I think he's wrong. How can you dictate or predict the weather by using a groundhog, especially one from up north. I guess it's by by for him >>>>>

Doubt that. Phil has been working his magic for a long time.
Nevermind that he's usually wrong.
And the fact that he goes back in the hole is because he's a bit scared of the 30,000 drunks yelling at him

He probably goes back in the hole because it's sooooo freaking cold up there.
Wonder what groundhog tastes like. Better not say that too loud, PETA was watching you guys on how you handled Phil

Them ground hogs are good to eat,a little greasy but good, the way a ground hog really predicts the weather is when you skin him you see how fat he is,,more fat=longer coulder winter,

YUMMMMMM. ground hog, the other white meat.
remember ground hog is not just for breakfeast anymore.
enough of that let's get down to cooking:
the tough part is getting the little bugger on the roitessiore and then putting a apple in his mouth.
what's the difference between ground hogs and guinea pigs - the ground hogs have more white meat.

Man I'll tell ya what,, when I moved up to PA 7 years ago, we were flipping through the cable channels
and ran across PA public TV and they were showing the big hopplaa for ground hog's day a gobbler's knob. There must of been 50,000 drunk goofballs half dressed in 10 degree weather waiting for Phil to come out of his hole and forecast the weather. It was hysterical. My wife and I vowed that one day we were going to take off work and go see it in person and get trashed with the rest of the spectators. Looked like a crazy time. It is a national holiday in PA.!! Let's just hope Phil is right. Seaweed seems to think so.!

Stick your head out the window.... you'll know exactly what the weather is
The population at Phil's library goes from 50,000 to about 10 in 3 minutes.
As soon as he does his thing, everyone runs to catch a bus out of there!
