I was in Port Aransas, TX this week and I went to some grass flats to go scapping. I just worked a small area and got 6 good sized crabs, with the biggest bein' a big 6 inch bruiser male. It was pretty fun, and I kinda felt sorry for the crabs 'cause they were fighting and grabbing each other in ma' bucket.

I don't have a ruler in this pic, instead I have a quarter, but I still have the shell.

My guess would be 6 1/2". Nice one!

He's an exact 6. I nearly lost him when I was scooping him up. I tried scooping him up, but missed about two times, and then finally got him, he then tried to pull apart the other crabs I had in the bucket.  Shocked
