How are you gonna move it though? It's gonna be really heavy.

as of now its my gear carrier but i would put it in the back of the truck, bronco, van, watever we rent, fill it up with water after its in there, turn on the pump and put the crabs in. At my house i would remove the crabs and drain the water with a bicket or something

I would think that would be fine. I'm not sure about the density (number) of crabs you can hold though. You might want to check out under the "Technical Resources" page on the main menu about how many crabs can be held in recuirculating soft crab sheddin systems (similar to what you're doing, but ya ain't shedding them...). I think there was a formula table for the amount of crabs that can be held for the square footage. Also, you better cover that thing! You don't want crabs and bay water sloshing all over your vehicle!!

Yep, just put holes in it to let air in, and also a hole to let the tube from the air pump go into the container (that's unless the whole pump can be submerged...).

in the handles there are slits where air can get in and out i hope its enough though even if i would have to drill holes in the lid i think the container has now been announced mine
