Your Dream Crab Picking

Now that crab catching and pickin season is nearing..what would be a  dream crab pickin to you? Just to get us all in the mood ! As if we arent!

Heres mine.. A nice sunny warm day family and friends together long tables set up with paper on .., the crab spice, towels. Two bushels of good #1s that I caught and have just steamed with JO spice as every body watches awaiting crabs! .  A big cooler filled with Ice cold Sodas for the young ones and another with Ice Cold Beer . A BBQ grill set up with some hot dogs/hamburgers for the non pickers and some desserts for all .Everybody picks enjoys  talks hours and gets home safe! Or Stays over! Later we all pick out left over crabs for crab cakes!

I will agree with all of that    I think that time is coming soon but not soon enough    So I will take the half a bushel we just bought and do the same.  We worked all day in the yard so we treated ourselves and got a 1/2 bushel of crabs and some beer.  Now we are onto a merry night of steamin', pickin' and drinkin'!!!    But they would be better if they were free but when you take $62 and split it between 4 people it's like a night out to dinner. I'll let you all know how they were later.

I'd only do one thing different: put any remaining crabs in the fridge, and bust 'em up over the ballgame that had better [dang] well be on TV the next day!!!

Other than that, can't improve on your scenario.
