Turtle,
There are several ramps along the Gunpowder and all of them are very accessible. Mariner Point Park in Joppatowne is free, the gates are never closed and they have 8 ramps in great condition. Dundee Marina in Chase also is a large ramp. There is a fee to use and the gates close at sunset but you can still get out, just not in. Also, you can go further south and put in at Rocky Point and head north. Haven't been there in a while, so I cant tell you about a fee but the ramp was in good shape last time I was there. I have a friend who says he also launches at Marshy Point off of Eastern Blvd in Middle River, but I have never been there. I'm sure there are others, but those are the few that I can remember. GL
Hope this helps,

maybe its 6 ramps at Mariner Point ... I can't remember. Bottom line - it's no Thompson's Creek.

it's four ramps two in two out. Rocky point also has a fee. Don't know what it is just know they charge.

AS FOR FEE'S, ROCKY POINT WAS 5 DOLLARS, DUNDEE IS 10 DOLLARS.
WENT OUT SUNDAY FROM ROCKY POINT AT 3 PM,JUST TO BURN SOME GAS AND WET A LINE,THE PARKING LOT WAS PACKED, AND A LOT OF YAHOOS AT THE RAMP. DUNDEE OFFERS A YEARLY RAMP STICKER FOR 70 BUCKS.
MUCH SHORTER RIDE FROM DUNDEE TO THE GP.
