Need a good all you can eat place in Baltimore Metro area

A couple of my girlfriends friends are coming down from pa in Sept. and they want to eat crabs. I was going to buy a bushel and steam them but she wants to go out. Does any one know of a GOOD all you can eat place in the Baltimore metro area or northern md. Most place I've been to the crabs wind up being horable such as the Wellwood in Charlestown. That is were we took them last year and they were horrible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

siowner00,
It isn't All you can eat, but my family owns a restaurant in Canton. On Sundays we offer 1 and 2 dollar crabs from 4pm til they sell out. Very nice little place and quality crabs from myself and other local crabbers.
Tiburzi's
900 S Kenwood Ave
Baltimore, MD 21224
Phone: 410-327-8100
....it is Italian, so they do not have crabs all week, but just on Sundays.
Thanks,
ChrisS

I believe that's an oxymoron "good all you can eat"
Chances are you are going to be disappointed, my suggestion is to go to a reputable crab house and order by the dozen

It is true that most all you can eat places do sell junk crabs, but I have been to a couple of place that had great all you can eat crabs. For instance Fallston seafood has great all you can eat crabs, as well as the Redroost and The Old Mill. Problem is that the last two place are to far away and Fallston seafood doesn't do it on the weekends. I posted this hoping that someone had an all you can eat honeyhole but I guess not.

Bird River Inn's Crab House on the side has AUCE. Small laid back
very
informal place. Often they don't sell their crabs by he doz. because they are all for the house there. If you have good company with you it is cool. If you close the place, it gets real laid back and by the end of the night you may be pouring your own pitchers... you get the picture... kind of a redneck joint with some good folks here and there... I didn't want to fully recomment it because different people may not like it... I liked it... what about that place up on the Bush Kahlers or something... is that AUCE ever?

Thanks for the reccomendation PottyMouth but finally talked the girlfriend in to just buying a bushel and steaming them up myself for this Saturday. She wanted to go out to show her friends a good time but talked her into stayin in. I also plan on supplementing that bushel with my catch from this friday. I believe you are talking about Gablers or what use to be Gablers. It closed down in 96 or 97 so that is out of the question.
