All I ever need is a "everyday" place setting knife with a heavy enough handle
The handle serves as a mallet and the business end as a "picker". only use a mallet
when I eat crabs out. those establishments always give you a mallet and one of those useless  plastic knives...
Oh! also pleny "o" beer and paper towels

Anyone ever use a blue nylon fork tool called The Crab Zipper?  http://thegadgetsource.stores.yahoo.net/718347416896.html  I have one of these and I lost the instructions on how to use it. Not that I cant use it but I think it had some tricks to getting the meat out easyer. If anyone has a copy of these instructions could you get me a copy?

Thanks,

Ron

Honestly I would use a regular fork, when eating other crabs as Dungenese or Snow, And with Blue Claws I will only use the crab claw to pick or mallet to bust claws
