I am doing a trip on 9/12. Checking out a house w/52 ft dock for sale. Then my buddy and I are planning on crabbing after lunch.. Anybody going to be around?

My buddy is on a Jazzy scooter, so we need flat level ground if you want to meet up.  I like Dock rd.
