I have been planning on moving to NC and wanted to take my hobbies with me. Why did someone invent the Carolina Skiff if a recreational guy cant run a trot line??! Yea I know... Anyway can someone shed some light on this topic. Also I wanted to know if a commercial license is as hard to get as it is in MD?
