As for regulations, I believe you have to have a florecent green bobber with your name and phone number if you leave a trap unattended; size is minimum 5" spike to spike except mature females which can be 3". Other than that, all you need is a Georgia license and you're set. If you have a Florida ticket, you can crab the St Marys in Georgia, but NOT in Georgia tributaries. If I'm wrong, I'd like to know, too.
