while relaying polluted oysters i am finding like a hundred baby stone crabs a day.  I was wondering what would keep someone  from building a big pen to house these crabs. And how long would it take inch long stone crabs to grow to market size. And would they kill or eat each other.

I  think Big Dollars may keep the project from making a profit.    Building a pen big enough is just part of the cost..

It is illegal to posses stone crabs, even dead ones in Florida.  I suspect the same law exist in all states where they are present.
