Not sure how to link it. An editorial concerning bay health and crab populations written by some scholars. Their quick fix involves continue WDS, reducing sook harvest, and quotas for watermen based on past harvests.   The purpose is to help the crab population and preserve the traditional iconic lifestyle of the Chesapeake watermen.  Good ideas or more theories on how to micro manage an ecosystem that involves a transient crustacian.
