Anyone ever try the Delaware Bay around the Lewes area?  Water temp is 54 degrees at the lighthouse.  Power plant is 80+ degrees, which in my experience is too warm for those waters.  How about the Lewes/Rehoboth canal?  Any info would be appreciated.
