Post from yesterday  -> http://www.bluecrab.info/forum/index.php/topic,26445.0.html

I just remembered the crab traps were still in the water.  Went out to get them out of the saltwater.  This is what I found.  These Legs have been in the water for 24 hours.  Embarassed  Not even touched.

Jack, what do you think is going on? Reason for no crabs? As you know, crabs appear to be quite plentiful and rather large up in the Chester and nearby rivers. Maybe there is an unexpected migration pattern this year because the water has been colder than normal? (much colder than normal off NJ coast)

Odd too that the chix was completely untouched. You'd think that the eels, catfish, killies, or spider crabs would'vve gotten to it in the absence of blue crabs. Huh

Please pack your trash out, pick up others', and leave your fishing spot cleaner than when you found it.
