The Picture has to be less than 128 KB's.  You can upload 8 per post.

Right below the box you type the message in is

Attach:                      [Browse...]             (more attachments)
Allowed file types: jpg, gif, png
Maximum attachment size allowed: 128 KB, per post: 8 

Click on the "Browse"  button and select the picture that you what to upload.  If you want to upload more than one then click on "(more attachments and browse to another picture. 

All done, click "Post" as always..  Cool

Yeah I did all that but, I cant get the pic's down to 128kb, thats the problem. I'll figure something out.

When I tested it on my pc it took a 600k jpg and reduced it to 35k.   Huh  Using the medium selection.  I just tried all the settings and they all reduce the file size.   Huh  Don't know what to say.  Huh

Anyone running a resizer with Vista? 

I found this, http://www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer/ .  Not running Vista so I can't test it.   The website says it supports Vista and is free to download..
