Hey guys long time no talk


 Anyways im heading to ocracoke tommorow morning till monday, any of you guys know about crabs down there or how there doing ?

 I read somewhere that its loaded with them there anyways thanks for the feedback.

I know in NC you have to go deeper then i could get to in a canoe 1-3ft to get a crab over 5" I can give you Lat/Lon of where i saw a ton of traps!

Im back thanks for the info.

 I tried crabbing of some pilings where i was told by the locals that sometimes alot of crabs are caught there but had no luck.

 Went Clamming and got about 300 clams in 4 hours work and saw a couple 8 inch jimmies out in the water trying to get to my toes.

Fishing was the best though caught about 100 spot and pigfish, cant wait till next year !

Hey BigCrabber- How are things looking down there? You know from huricane Isabelle. I remember alot of roads getting washed out and buildings getting damaged.

It was fine down there everything was up and running, they did suffer alot of damage from Isabell but alex was worst, i heard from one of the locals that 400 cars on the island were Totalled because of surge.
