Didn't really expect much today cause the waters been in the 50's all week.  I got surprised.  Shocked Quite a few 6-7" Jimmies.  Unfortunately 90% were whiteys. Had no problem harvesting my 1/3rd bushel tho. Have enough Bunker left for 3 more trips out.   Cool

Definitely the soup.  It took me a couple seconds to get over the bunker.  Looked like a crime scene from CSI. lipsrsealed2 sick2 knife

The little country store up the road from my work serves MD crab soup every Friday. $3.05 for a pint. Most of the time it's loaded with huge hunks of backfin and extra spicy. Just what the Doctor ordered on a cool Autumn day.

It's in York New Salem about 5 miles south of Route 30 on the west side of York PA. It's called Twin Pines if anyone knows the area.

I would skip the soup there and go right for the deer bologna.. Friend and I usually get about 20 sticks or more made... plus the small snack sticks, hotdogs etc, IMHO they have the best deer bologna.... kinda a sweet smokey, bologna.....  But their crab soup is very good also.. they also market a sweet beef stick.. which is very good I believe it is the same recipe as the deer bolgna.. A lot of stores in the area sell it... Like Giant in PA, Browns market etc...  it is about 2 grams of fat per serving while the hickory farms stuff is like 17 grams of fat per serving.. it is very good and not bad for you.. their deer bologna runs about 1 gram of fat or so...very lean but excellent.. after eating their beef and deer bologna you will tink the hickory farms stuff or other brands are fatty and greasy... just my opinion

I believe you are referring to - Twin Pines Beef Sticks - they sell them in fat or skinny sticks. It is a very sweet, dark beef baloney
