Attached is the latest Stimulus Program by state.  In PA, page 2, $62 million is being proposed to build a plant to clean up the nitrates being dumped into the Chesapeake by wastewater plants--Good news if it happens!!  Enjoy!

I believe in the last election in PA, they had proposed a referrendum on this... the stimulus package is only cutting money to things that are on the books and can be rolled out within just few weeks etc.  not for new stuff on the board.. so I think this may be related to that referrendum.... it passed with a large majority of the folks vote...
