Newbie in Hampton, VA

Hello All,

I found this forum on a google search trying to find somewhere to line crab in Hampton.
I have already found the answers to some of my questions on the legal side of things.
I am a Hampton native but have never been big into anything with or on the water.
But my husband's family is coming in from IL and are itching to catch some crabs.
I have no idea where to take them.
Is Buckroe a good place to go?  Can you line crab from the pier?
What about the nature preserve on Grandview?
I know there are alot of little inlets on Grandview but the area is so full of houses now that I wouldn't know where to go.
