Well i never made it out saturday because of work.  Sunday i tried to head out round 9am but my motor wouldnt stay running @ idle. Spent all day screwing with it but never found the problem. Monday I borrowed my buddies boat and took a 20 min run up the creek with 3 traps and a couple pieces of bunker... after about 2 hrs I came back to the dock with a dozen nice sized blue claws...would have stayed longer but he wanted to go flounder fishing so i had to give his boat back.....hopefuly next weeknd i'll do better since the motor's ready to go now!! till then Smiley

If you dont mind me asking, which bay did you get the flounder? Ive been looking for a new spot to try out. I usually fish Absecon bay, drifting from Harrahs back accross the chanel.

Its good to hear the crabs are going stong in oyster creek this year. Grin

24 incher!!  thumbsup You ain't kidding that's a doormat.  Hopefully some of those up here in the Raritan, I am heading out for a day trip Friday.  Glad to hear you had such a good catch, last year we could barely break the new 18" mark this early on.

If it takes a chicken and a half a day and a half to lay an egg and a half, how long would it take for a squirrel with a wodden leg to kick the seeds out of a dill pickle? Think about it, or not.
