Market is choked because many retailers refuse to lower prices and move product.  If crabs are affordable, people will buy them.   Time and time again, we see the price to the boat cut, but the price to the consumer rarely changes.  I dropped my retail price for 2s early last week.  first Northern bay slough is just about over, so watch the quality of the crabs you buy.  yesterday we threw back about 80% of the crabs we caught.  just about everything is junk right now.
