I know nothing - but I saw a 16 ft Carolin Skiff for sale with   MON and Number on her side and the fellow stated he was a Commercial Crabber - please verify as I wish not to lead you a stray.

comm # must be forward of mid ship but not near  bow or reg. #, day off must be on the rear port side,(left),all comm # aqnd day off must be 4in letters or larger.good luck. the numbers can be on the hull of the boat.

In addition, you also need your TFL number on your truck, if your delivering crabs or selling them out of that or any vehicle. Something else, many do not know, get yourself a receipt book, document what you sell, who you sell them to and if they are a seafood vendor, their name and give your customers a reciept. Put your TFL number on top of the receipt and save the carbon copy.
