Crab'n is a way of life....

I used this force lay up from crabbing to redo my peeler tanks. I had them just sitting on the pier for years. Whenever we had a big Spring tide I would have to weigh them down. Big storms meant emptying them and dragging them up on the lawn. Now they're up where I don't have to worry or bend over. Not completely done but I'm ready for peelers.

Interesting. Does it put ctabs at any stage in there and could his set up (or half of it). BE done in a a garage? Or is the sea pumped waster the best bet?

Fresh circulating water is the best. Peelers can be put in at any stage but you coudn't just throw a regular crab in and hope that he sheds. The peeler set up can be done in a garage yes

8 days.. I hate when they go more than 2 days... Blue, My tanks are 50 gal. each. They only run about 4 inches of water. They can hold about 18-24 crabs each. Like Ray said, "don't get a green crab in there with them.."
