You're never going to get a better S/S steamer pot than an empty beer 1/2 when the top is cut off you have a 60 qt pot of the thickest S/S you can buy. I sold Resturant equipment for 26 years when I worked for Sysco. Believe me there is nothing made that is thatr good a quality. I think the deposit is $30, you can't buy an aluminum pot for that price.

True, but when you crab all day and it is 95 degrees outside, I wanted the option of cooking inside which you don't have with a cut keg.  Wink  Best of both worlds! Cool
