since we're getting into the plentiful part of the year -------

I have steamed hard crabs, cleaned them, took off the legs, froze them and then used them for crab soup - works great

but what's the best way for eating them in december just like in august  Wink

shop rite sells whole frozen uncooked blue crab ?

I bought crabs at this place like 7 years ago...for some reason..oh I know..it took just a little time for her to steam them..like 10 min..and she told me how they do it..the half freeze thing....and they were good......and I'm picky about my crabs..
gotta try it.  Wink   Yes...with shells legs and claws.. Wink  I will try later this year as well..let ya know how they are next year.. Grin Wink
