I need some info from the folks who clean before you cook.  I know to some that is shameful, but I need to know what the best way to go about storing the crabs between the cleaning and the steaming.  Will they last a couple of hours on good ice after they have been cleaned?  Any suggestions that anyone can rpovide would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!!!

Yes they will and over night if you need too,we also clean and freeze for a couple of weeks in a tote and put it in a garbage bag to seal them off.

If it takes a chicken and a half a day and a half to lay an egg and a half, how long would it take for a squirrel with a wodden leg to kick the seeds out of a dill pickle? Think about it, or not.
